You cant get rid of split ends without cutting it so book a trim at your hairdressers
Try and use shampoos and conditioners specifically for dry hair and you may want to try a weekly intensive treatment aswel (try ghd products)
Or if you dont mind paying alot, you could try the nanomax system (link in sources)
If you use hairdryers, straighteners etc you need to make sure you arent keeping them on your hair for too long and also that your using a good thermal protector. Also if your out in the sun alot you need to get a UV protector for your hair x

You need to trim off the split ends, first of all. They wont go away, and actually will continue upwards if you don't get rid of them.
Then, there are many treatments you can get for the dryness, like the one in the link I included. If you frequently blow dry your hair, stop.
Use styling products with a low level of alcohol in them. And stay hydrated. Just as if you don't drink enough water your skin will become dry, so will your hair.

Find a good shampoo and conditioner that gives you what you want. If you dont know what a good product is ask someone. As for split ends I think everyone has those. You could get a trim to make your hair healthier.

everyone is right, cut about like 1 inch off to make new ends. LISTEN UP! im sorry to say, but YOU absolutly need to trim it. If your aiming to grow longer hair, keep it healthy and use salon products, trust me i use salon products like Paul mitchell, the best, it really keep my hair shiny and soft, im not joking around. dont settly for cheap stuff. Paul mitchell isnt expensive, so dont worry. Try not to use TO MUCH straightening and hot appliances on your hair, they create split ends horribly. Just use these tips and they help! o ya dry hair! use deep conditioner for a couple minutes OR use a 20 minute deep conditioner, put it in your hair root to ends, and than wrapp your hair in a warm towel and then rest it for about 20 minutes and wash out and your hair will be completlly soft!

Get a conditioning treatment at your local salon. OR do your own, grab a deep conditioning treatment from your local pharmacy and put it in your hair, leave it in for 15 to 20. the wash it out. if you use heat styling products make sure u use hair serums that b4hand to protect your hair from your heat. and DON'T flatiron everyday, it just makes split ends worse!

Go to a salon and get it shampooed, trimmed/cut [whatever you want] and ask the person at the salon what products you should use, when you should trim it, etc. They know all about hair, and that's a better choice than trying to figure it out yourself. They know great tips to keep your hair clean and conditioned, so I would ask them! They are always there to help! =]
