I get my music from my aerobic instructors.
They specifically order music to be customized into beats per minute (BPM). The typical song's we get directly from the artist (Gwen Stefani, Sweet Escape) is about 120 BPM. For professional, they need to amp the beat and make the song faster ... so they work on the song "Sweet Escape" and make it 140-160 BPM so that you can get pumped up.

"Sehnsucht" by Rammstein (yeah, I like to listen to the heavy stuff). In fact, any song by Rammstein gets my blood flowing ("Sehnsucht" works the best, though).
