Sort of. If you burn off 180 additional calories. Keep in mind that had you not exercised you would have been burning off some amount of calories anyway.

the_only_solorose, your numbers are way off. Depending on your weight an hour of running is roughly 500 calories.

Sure! It would take quite a bit of exercise though. My guess is 2 - 3 hours depending on what exercise you were doing.
