All my life, I've been involved with certifications, standards, knowledge sharing. I've been on ANSI's DISA X12 Committee (I worked on HIPAA standards 1990-1993, among other things) ebXML, JCAHO, etc. Whatever it is that is civilized, there are standards for it. Let's start a project to apply standard values to the 'miracles' of the bible.

Since we have the explanations for many of the diseases and infections (physical and mental) affecting the characters, why not link them to the appropriate ICD9 codes? Anyone who wants to help can answer here; we can build a website to house the results.

Here are the source materials:

For Towelieban Barbie: That's the point! "Making the blind see" is DEFINITELY in the ICD9 dictionary. For some cases, a cure or surgery is available, but in all cases, a diagnosis other than demons or spirits is possible.

Follow this link on how to make the blind see: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eye_surgery

I don't think miracles like making someone blind from birth see, and transmutation of matter can be considered with any of your standards. And those are only 2.

Apparently you have far too much time on your hands, try spending the time, instead, cultivating wisdom, compassion and altruism. Code those.
