I haven't been excersising any more than 2-3 times a week, and I'm not losing muscle mass.

to lose fat you have to eat enough and often to make your metabolism faster.
i usually lose weight when i cut down on exercising (like when i get sick or go on vacation)- thats because when you exercise body retains a little bit of water weight and when you stop it loses it.
also before period and after period water weight flactuates -some women retain up to 15lbs of water weight.

There are some medical conditions that can cause unusual weight loss. It's likely nothing as long as you're not losing too rapidly. You might mention it to your doctor.

when you ex cerise you build muscle .. muscle weights more then fat.. So there you go.. Keep up the good work on the exercises because you will loose the fat and have a tone trim body..

You should check with your doctor. This could be a sign of diabetes.
