Well, first step is to be able to prove there is damage, and that damage was cause by them. What kind of damage are you thinking they did, and how?

File a police report first off. Then find out who owns the valet compay, and either file with a claim with there insurance company, or file with your own, and have them subro against valet's insurance .

Was the valet driving your vehicle when the damages were made? Or was he driving another & hit yours? Unfortunately, if he was driving your vehicle you will have to file this under your insurance company. You gave him permission to drive your vehicle, you are liable. Otherwise I would hire a lawyer.

Get a quote for repairs, send it to them with a letter stating the situation (or a bill if you have had it fixed). Sound like a nice guy very upset about the situation, call them after a week if they have not responded, and stay on them don't give up and finally if they do not respond positively contact a lawyer. GO GET EM!!!

wait for him to get off of work and make a threat to him that will scare him into admitting that he caused the damage.But make sure there are no witnesses and a weapon might help get your point across

threaten them with ether to sue or hit them or say to other people that thay like to damege other people cars
