find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min (ideally 45min because the first 20-30min body burns carbs and only then starts burning fat), light weight training (more muscle=faster metabolism)
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

You absolutely should not lose 25 pounds. If anything you are already closer to under-weight than over. Anywhere you look on the web (medical and health web-sites) will say that you are on the low end of ideal weight for your height.

I don't think you need to lose any weight at all.
In the 90's is really low for anyone unless you are about 10 years old.

Clensing shmenshing...don't do anything that you feel is strange or gimmicky. You can totally do this on your own with the correct diet and excersize.
Here is the simple part: you already know what is good for you..eat that stuff only! Chicken breasts, egg whites, almonds, wheat breads, NO cokes, NO butters, NO deep-fried foods. It's all pretty simple. oh, and water only!
Stay focused, stay strong, stay focused, get strong.

Your only 115lbs! You don't need to lose 25lbs. I'm sure you look great the way you are. It would be unhealthy for you to lose 25lbs.

Atkins works if you follow it closely. I've lost 15 lbs and kept it off.

you want to be malnourished? you want your ribs to protrude and look like you have AIDS? Why would you want to be thinner than you already are? Suggest you would benefit from counselling.
