I am trying to develope a healthier eating plan, I tried eating only three meals a day but I found that after a few days I would eat everything in sight. I have anemia and I am prone to fatigue. between the ages of 17-19 I gained 35lbs i went from 120 to 155. I lost the weight and now weight between 120-125. I try to limit my intake of junk foods, but often find myself "pigging out" from time to time. I try to stay active and work out often.
Is there any way i can get control of my eating habits?

you should eat 5-6 times a day - small meals -that way your body gets enough calories/energy when it needs them and doesnt have any extra left to store in fat reserves and your blood sugar is not flactuating as much as when you eat only 2-3 times a day.
small meals - e.g. if i need 1800cal/day - thats about 300cal/meal

Eat 4-5 small meals a day. The biggest meal of the day should be breakfast, and smallest meal should be dinner.

3 small meals, 3 healthy snacks...such as almonds and dried apricots. it will keep your metabolism going all day, keep you from being hungry and burn more fat. lots and lots of water! watch the salt/sodium intake and also the sugars. switch to wheat everything instead of white and dump the soda, even diet.

You should eat every couple of hours. It does not have to be big, but it does have to be healthy. This will help speed up your metabolism, and if you stay away from unnecessary sugar your body will learn how to burn fat not sugar.

i've heard if you eat less portions but more than three times a day helps. snack if you have to but eat healthy...like an apple, carrots..etc. also drink more water...sometimes when you feel hungry it is b/c you are thirsty. it takes time but your body will get used to it.
