You should try to stock up on low fat healthy snacks. Quaker makes some awesome rice cakes of different flavors (caramel corn, sour cream and onion, etc)--they're low in calories and fat. You can also try to eat a lot of fruit.

Bottom line is that if you want to lose weight, you're gonna have to EAT LESS no matter what. Keep in mind, if you just think about how much you love food, you'll never lose weight. You have got to learn restraint and self discipline.

I have the same problem. I LOVE food, but I've realized that I can't my love of food stop me from loving myself.

Increase your exercise level so you can still enjoy your food and lose weight - I have the same problem.

find a food that is a good diet for yourself that you end up being attracted to like chocolate but dont eat that...eat something that is a good diet but you really really really like it...

Only let yourself order the same thing over and over and over again. Then you will get sick of it.
