I am an atheist. I have no religion because I don't believe there is a god. How can you have a religion if there is not god to worship? Sense there is not religion there is not spiritual LEADER. Benefits: able to see the world as it is instead of clouded and fogged by the lies and half truths of religions. More free time.........

There is no religion to an atheist so we don't do anything similar to your worship. we just enjoy life.

I am free of all religion. I believe mainly that we make our own paths in life..but believe that mother nature helps to guide me on my spiritual path.

Yes, I do believe in both prayer and meditation. They are good for the mind, body and soul.

There is no name and no spiritual leader, Atheism is not a religion. Other then that we live our lives. Some of us volunteer our time, we work, raise our children, live and play. Just like any other person.

Haha. You misunderstand atheism. It's not a religion, by definition, it is a lack of religion a (without) -theism (theism. . .). It's more a way of life, not a group, so we cannot have a leader. Since we are not spiritual, we do not do spiritual things.

It's like asking a vegetarian what their favorite meat is, what meats they don't like, and what is the healthiest meat to eat. All legit questions for a normal person, but directed at the wrong group.

Atheism is not a religion. At the most, it is a philosophy. We do not believe in gods, spirits, demons, devils, or anything supernatural. We do not believe in an afterlife. We do not believe in heaven and hell. We do not pray. We may meditate, but it's for mental clarity and not for any religious benefits. I sing all the time.

I don't practice a religion and have no "spiritual leader." There's no prayer at all. I don't meditate because I can't sit still that long.

One of our leaders is Tom Cruise. Benefits would include ever-lasting peace and non-discrimination. What more could you want?
