It certainly does! My poor son went all summer with it, some time ago, due to a misdiagnosis by a specialist. Our GP knew what it was right away, and my son had to go for a year for shots to create an immunity to it.
It's nothing to fool around with, go to the doctor.

It possibly could. Go see a doctor if you have or think you have staph infection.

sure it can, along with redness, burning, and a host of other things.
