i need some help please?

I am looking for a place online that I can purchase just the top of curtains for my kitchen does anyone know where I can buy just the top maybe in a swag not the entire curtain I do not want to cover the window

You can purchase these anywhere! Target, WalMart, Kmart, etc. Just look for swags and not curtains. :)

Sure they are called valances or swag toppers. Any where you can buy curtains, you can find these.
