Nevermind the advance of technology, or the sins of christians who are as sinful as the common man, or the threat of isreal from iran being "blown off the map", i do know god eluded to weather in the end times. And the fact that Iran's coast is about to be hit with a hurricane level 5, when there has never been even a tropical storm hit that coast ever* to me is a sign,

what's interesting is every generation has eluded to it being the last days, however* the difference of today is certain prophecies are more able to be fullfilled, like spreading the gospel to the world, via the internet/technology much more cappable, and only now do christians follow a fake religion, they are as sinful as the unsaved, god talks about this, and the reality that our on gov is running a policy geared towards "terror" we can't even live a normal life, isreal was said to be attacked/huge attack as in the one iran wants to bring about, and last but not least...there will be a way to track every individual, in essence a code through techonlogy etc, i think ew're close to that

For thousands of years, people have thought that they were living in the end times. The Bible says no one will know the hour of his coming.

Why are so many so obsessed with the end of the world. The world is quite a marvelous place that God has given us...and each day you do not enjoy this gift, is a day you have wasted.

Well, do remember that every generation has thought that the end of the world would happen during their lifetimes. Personally, I sure hope not. Besides... I'm more worried about 2012. Mayan calendar ending and all...

According to the Bible, it says that Jesus will come back with a host of angels through the belt of Orion. In my astronomy class last semester, astronomist found out that the belt is expanding and they can't figure out why. For me that is enough.

I think you should donate everything to charity and start donating your time towards helping the less fortunate. Why take any chances? The end could be today. Do as many good deeds as you can so you will go to heaven.

First of all, what Christian claims not to be sinful? I am a Christian, but I sin. The difference is that I try NOT to sin.

Yes I think the end is coming.

Your premise is running thin.

It is directly related to the number of pirates and global warming. The more of a pirate populous the greater effect than global cooling.

People have been predicting the last days for close to 5000 years. They've been wrong every time.

Why do some Christians not realize that the Bible says that the "last days" occurred during the 1st Century A.D.?

"but in these last days he has spoken to us by his Son, whom he appointed the heir of all things, through whom also he created the world." - Heb. 1.2

Pffft, could the bible BE any more vague? Any one with half a brain could make the prediction "technology is going to advance" in fact, you'd have to be mildly retarded NOT to figure that out.
