i'm losing my patience now.
-he stares at me
-he has rang me for some stupid reason
-he asks me where i am going
-he gets jealous of other guys around me etc, etc
he is giving me all the signs he does,
so WHY WON'T HE TELL ME OR MAKE A MOVE?!

He might be shy or assume that you are together since he already shows the signs that you both are dating. If you want, ypou may try to make the first move and see what happens. You may also play a game where you can figure it out whether or now he wants to be with you. I hope this helps. Don't give up!

Should corner him. Create a scenario where things are in your favor. Like slipping away to watch a sunset. Tell him you have been playing with the ideas of us as a couple and figured it would work better if you played with the idea together. Or you could just jump him and kiss him that normally works to. Defiantly should do something.

Most likely waiting for you to make a move, or give a more solid signal. Some guys (myself definitely included) am very unable to read into female signals, so making them more clear and concise would be of help to you.

Yeah he likes you. He might have not made a move yet because he wants you to make the move, waiting on the right time, or is intimidated.
