I am not muslim, but I have read the story.
I have cried, when I read that Ahmad was hit by that truck, when the angels were taking him to the emerald dome.
I haven't cried for a very long time,I felt so as if I lost my emotions,I can't even explain how much this story was purifying.
Thank you very much, may Allah bless you for showing this story to me,and to all who has read it.

After death, the soul of a person leaves it's dress (i.e. the body) forever, and goes to live in another world or another dimension, called "Aalam-e-Aaraf". His life in the next world will be according to his material life, meaning if he was a virtuous, pious and noble person he will be granted and happy in his next life, but a person who is sinful etc. will be in misery and pain in the next world until the day of judgment (Qayamaah) when Allah will sent us to paradise or hell according to our deeds.
We, Muslims are taught that this material world is not permanent, this life is also not permanent. So, why are we here than? The teachings of Quran and our beloved Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) have explained it.
On the beginning, when there was nothing but Allah, Allah wanted that there should be creations who worship Him and recognize Him. So He created Man, Angles, and Jinns. He gave them all the ability to recognize Him, but the ability in Adam (Human) was more than the other two creations (i.e. Angles, and Jinns).
Jinns and humans were given free will by Allah. He sent prophets to us who told us all about "good and evil", and taught us how to recognize our God.
Our material body, is not our reality, because this body will one day be destroyed. Our reality is our soul that will never die.
I will Inshah Allah read that story.

SubhanAllah! SubhanAllah! SubhanAllah!
Sis, I'm still in tears! That story was amazing! Allah swt is the most merciful of the merciful. I couldn't believe what happened at the end. I think this is one of the greatest stories I've ever read. It had a huge impact on me. Do you mind if I post this in my blog on my yahoo 360?
Thank you so much for sharing, may Allah swt be pleased with you. May Allah swt guide us on the right path and lead us to Paradise. Ameen.
