My stomach keeps gurgling and i have gas. I need to fix this fast because soon i will be in church for about 2 hours for my graduation. I will be standing in front of everyone for a long time whe it is very quiet and i don't want people to hear my stomach. Any ideas how to help?

your belly grawls because it is churning looking for food. i would suggest eating a normal meal about an hour before you have to be there. that way the grawling and grugling will be over.
as far as gas, when you figure that one out let me know, my husband could use some help, lol.
no really tho, they make over the counter pills to help with gas too, take a couple when you eat right before the event.

The pink stuff works or if you have any other anti-gas. You might try drinking alot of water to help promot the passage of the gas.

Take some sort of antidigestion medicine, have a good meal, and have a drink. Basically just make sure that stomach doesn't stay empty and angry.

when i have gas i usually get this stuff at the store called gas-x it works for me, or you should try beano.
and drink some water, or sprite.
thats usally what i do.

anti acid over the counter or at wal marks and eggs make my tummy growl.
