It seems like just before I have a seizure I have the same aura. It seems like I'm remembering a certain event, it's very distinct. There are the same people in the same situation, if I follow it I eventually stop breathing and seize. I never remember what it was after but I know it's always the same.
I was wondering if anyone else experienced a similar aura and if they can remember it after. It's so frustrating.

I know at least one other person does-- there was a question on this web site a few weeks ago that was very similar to yours. Most epileptic seizures are preceded by an aura, and deja vu is common.

yes thats EXACTLY what i have but ive started to have loads of smaller auras before the big one now (its horrible)
