I'm tired of courts stepping in and telling governemtns what they can and can't do. They want to stop a town from making it illegal to rent to illegal aliens? They are illegal, they have broken the law, but we can't stop from renting to them? Hey Charles Manson want to rent my house, courts say it's ok.

If you want to stop illegal aliens you have to hit them where it hurts. Fine and imprison employers who hire them and make it illegal to rent to them. Can't work and no place to live they will go home and apply for legal status.

Totally agree with you. Legislation from the Courts is wrong and allowing trial lawyers to spread their own agenda's for personal popularity. Such as with the aclu. However, our Federal Gov. is suppose to enforce what immigration laws that are in place now. It seems as though instead of wasting taxpayer money on these stupid court discisions we should be holding the elected officials responsible! Please vote!

A better way is go report the illegals and their employers to the I.R.S. I believe there is a 10% reward for a prosecuted tax fraud case. Isn't this how they nailed Al Capone, and many other well organized criminals and drug dealers?
Do the math: approx. 14 mil illegals in the U.S., enforce the tax law on only 10% or 1.4 mil, and suppose they owe $2,000 ea. per year, the est. $ comes up to $2,800,000,000. Now that's a lot of $ going to schools, health care, social security, reduction of taxes, homeland security, and to the military. Heck give some towards to the Global Warming people to while we're at it.

It will take the American people to stop this problem, it will take the business owners to stop hiring, the landlords to stop renting, and the American people to demand it... It is more than clear that our government will not do anything but make the situation worse. I think cities and towns should be allowed to make laws to protect their people especially when the federal laws for that same purpose are not being enforced.

Sounds good to me, but the problem is that people are fixed on making an easy buck on illegals,,,and the illegals will pay,,,,

it WON'T stop. America (businesses) loves easy money, and so do the politicians that get funding for their campaigns by these businesses.
