I need a kinesiology credit at school and they offer weight training but I heard only guys take it. Should I take it? Any girls ever been in this situation? is it worth it? I heard that weight training is an excellent way to lose weight. sadf

I would definetly take the class. learning proper exercise instruction is very important and it actual makes weight training easier. when you learn proper form you become more mentally ready and willing to increase training loads to achieve constant gains in strength.

and of course, knowledge is power

If you're watching to lose the "unsightly bird hands", I could endorse firming, mainly on the grounds that you're a lady. Not announcing ladies are not robust, simply announcing that women almost always do not do heavy lifting due to the fact that that places on plenty of muscle and women do not like that generally.
