Absolutely. It is inconsiderate and rude to just not show up. If a friend stood me up without calling, I'd be on the phone calling hospitals and morgues.

Is this the person you were talking about in your last question? If so, and it's a platonic relatioship, I might rethink my answer. On a date, the guy pays if your going dutch - well, then your dutch.

Let her know you were concerned and it was inseisitive and mean to leave you hanging. Be willing to listen to her side of it, but remember that the world is full of cellphones.

I wouldn't bother continuing with her. She obviously doesn't care about your feelings and it sounds like she doesn't really want to go out with you. Chalk it up to experience and move on. Most of all, DON'T BEG!

I would certainly ask her what happened and if it's a lame excuse I would not make plans with her again.
