I know what you mean. I have a very good friend that is a total and complete filthy disgusting slob. There is literally trash on her floors. You walk in her kitchen and your shoes stick to her kitchen floor. The place is an absolute pigpen. You've never seen anything like this. Her bedroom.....well....there's no where to walk. There's clothes, clean and dirty on floor along w/ books, papers, trash, cigarette butts etc....My kids continually want to sleep over her house (her kids and my kids are the same age) and I constantly have to find excuses to say no. All you can do is pray for her and try to have her kids to your home as much as possible. Hopefully, the children will start pressuring their mom to keep their home nice and clean like "Auntie Lina's house". There's even flies in her childrens bedrooms. Now you and I both know that flies are birthed from maggots. All I can is keep trying. :)

or, "I have to be honest, but you need to clean the house up before you show it."
