he's trying to convince his mom to let him go on the computer more. he uses his test score as an excuse, and says it will help raise his IQ. (the test score is obviously very bad)
and that even shows that he's a dimwit because no one has an IQ of 1000. an IQ of 150 is considered genius.

It means that the kid was trying to cheat, but because he was so stupid he messed the IQ test up in a way that it said he had a IQ of 1000, which is impossible. He needs to learn how to cheat better.

its kinda funny because it says that this person is so dumb that they think their IQ can get to 1000 which it can't. but then again i would not tell it as a joke it would be like one of those things you just accidently say which could be very funny if your with the right people. If someone was talking to someone else and said thatwith out meaning to or not knowing what it meant then they might laugh out of their stupidity. It is confusing.
