Should I take my protein shake everyday, even if i didn't work out that day? and does topical creatine have the same risks as swallowed in pill form? If not...does it work (that post-workout / night time rub stuff?)

You should contiue to have the protein shakes even if not working out that day. Yes, topical cratine has the same risks... and benefits as creatine in pill form which is not very much at all... as far as benefits go.

muscle protein synthesis is at it's highest about 24-36 hours after exercise. so it is just as important to keep the protein intake sufficient on non-training days as training days as this is when actual muscle growth occurs.

topical creatine? complete waste of money..bogus supplement
