Can anyone tell me of any decent protein/energy drinks that don't have to be mixed in milk? Thanks.

There are plenty of drinks that come pre-mixed... one of my favorites is Myoplex Lite - Chocolate Fudge flavor (made by EAS). It's good for us girls, because it's low on calories, but still has the protein and other good stuff.
They also have a "carb sense" version, and lots of other yummy flavors.

I like Boost drinks or Advantage drinks. No mixing with milk needed.

I am not sure. Try doing some research. If you are not sure about something then don’t do it. The best way to go is to buy a protein shake because whatever you make it won’t come close to the real thing.

Xs Power nutrition shakes, they come in Vanilla, Chocolate fudge, and strawberries & cream. They contain 35g of protein with only 5 carbs each. They come 11oz cans ready to use on the go. You can find them on line at the source below.

You will have enough protein in a balance diet, if you need energy get some glucose and mix with water.
