Hi,
I am 20 years old male and a resident of ny state , I met a 16 yo guy online on Craigslist and wanted to know if i could go and have sex with him - we would have to get a motel that i would pay for near his home in NJ and he has said that he will provide proof of age Via driving permit. I dont want to risk going to jail i am 3 months from being 21 and just want to be whithin the confines of the law .

He's under 18, it's illegal. Go date someone your own age.

Well Don't do it! I mean sooo bad you're needing some? you just 20 grown and live your life those things would come later or try to meet some one older so you can learn But my recomendation beside that you're Gay I mean this is for everyone Grow up and think before you do something like that You can catch some really bad in your case a normal couple I can add a preagnacy beside a STD

In no universe would this be the right thing to do. This is a 16 year old kid. Even if you could get away with it, can you live with sleeping with a minor (who might not even be sure he's gay at that age). I'd err on the side of caution on this one and find another guy.

If I were you I would ask for a picture id along with his birth certificate. Better safe than sorry, I'd hate for you to get in trouble for consentual sex because sex offense are on your record forever. And on top of that it doesn't have details it just says you are a sexual offender
