and have sandals on your feet and be dressed for travel if they weren't making it clear you would not be staying home for the worshipping? I believe this is in testimony to the fact you must go to Church.

What happened to "Do this in remembrance of me"? In the upper room at the banquet. They were not at home.

HELLO!

Old testament and new testament don't exist!!!!!!!

How many times do I have to say this to people: they are cultural constructions of later civilisations that decided to compile a load of scrools into a single book.....

In that sense, the bible is a virtual fantasy...... there are million of other scrools that were rejected to make up the bible, so is not all the word of GOD good. Why did then people chose between one scroll and not another.

If you are depending on the bible to become a better person and go to heaven, then, I only have one thing to tell you. Keep waiting and maybe you will receive a space under the table where GOD dines and eats with his angels (read the parable in the 'new' testament.

Then, explain the following:

Matthew 6:

5 And when thou prayest, thou shalt not be as the hypocrites are: for they love to pray standing in the synagogues and in the corners of the streets, that they may be seen of men. Verily I say unto you, They have their reward.

6 But thou, when thou prayest, enter into thy closet, and when thou hast shut thy door, pray to thy Father which is in secret; and thy Father which seeth in secret shall reward thee openly.

---

It's very clear that, according to the above, those who "pray" publicly do so only to show others how "pious" they are, so that is their only "reward."
