If that is what God had ordained, then yes. But, as always, God has a plan that never fails and he chose the blood of the Lamb, to represent the Future coming of Christ. Christ's blood is the key to eternal life. Believe in him and you shall be saved. Have a great day.

Most definitely had grapes (and wine), but I would say no, that wouldn't have worked. God was pretty clear in his instructions.
