Hi, trying desperately to lose weight. I have this diet plan going and just wondered if you think it was healthy and/or will it work to shed pounds?
I have a small breakfast - cereal or one slice of toast.
For lunch - two SMALL rolls with ONE filing (ham, cheese etc).
For dinner - normally some soup with a roll or just salad.
I walk 4 - 5 miles 3 days a week and the rest of the days do at least 30 mins of exercise (walking etc).

You really need to focus on cutting your carbs down. Having bread for each meal won't help, unless they're wheat.

That doesnt sound like enough food to get thru the day, you should be having a large breakfast - something like low sugar oatmeal, this will coat your stomach and make you feel full longer. Lunch and dinner should have protein and fiber, fiber will make you feel full longer, drinking a lot of water helps with weight loss as well. Make sure you are taking a multi vitamin while dieting. Dont starve yourself, it will give you the opposite effect that you want. Dont eat past 7pm is a good tip too.

Yes that sounds good.. your going to find yourself hungry though. Ya know what worked for me? I went to the store and bought Slim fast and Special K bars {Special K cereal is so amazingly good low in calories and helps u loose weight} Also, if you like eating eggs in the morning id try Egg Beaters, its already cracked eggs, u just pour, and they are like 30 calories.. and they are filling... Just make sure everything u buy at the store is low cal, low fat, non fat, etc it will help change dramastically. Try brisk walking and also doing arm circles and such while you walk helps burn a few extra calories... Also start doing crunches at night ...

Instead of naming different foods, just eat healthy, small meals, and if you need a snack, eat an apple or some other fruit or vegetables. Drink lots of water, and of course, exercise, exercise, exercise. Cut out the bread and substitute with fruit.

ok i think you and i both know that that diet plan sucks and will only make you loose water weight and then gain it all back.
