Firstly, if your guinea pig is lethargic and the other one is not eating then you need to get them both to a vet asap as guinea pigs can get sick very very quickly and these are both common symptoms of illness.
Contrary to what seems to be several people's opinion, a mixed male/female pair is often one of the best and easiest pairings of guinea pigs and one I have never had a problem with. Having said that, you MUST ensure that the male is spayed. Pregnancy is extremely dangerous for guinea pigs and if you don't know what you're doing there's a good chance the female guinea pig and her babies could die. Also, you would need to remove the male anyway as it is very bad for a female to get pregnant again just after she has given birth, and that will happen if they are left together.
Is the male spayed? If not, remove him and get him spayed.
Remember, when bringing a new small pet into your home they should always be quarantined for several weeks from your current pets. Why would you risk their health and safety?
Also, if he is lethargic, are you sure they are getting enough fruit and vegetables? Guinea pigs don't produce vitamin C so they need fruit and/or veg every day.
The most important thing is that they get a check up from the vet, and that you separate them if the male has not been spayed.

Seperate them PLEASE. Pregnancies in guinea pigs can be very dangerous to the female pig. If they have been together at all, she's probably already pregnant even if you never saw anything happening. You should never put different sexes together. You should have gotten a much younger male and used certain techniques (great ones online) to introduce them.
You can put their cages side by side where they can still touch noses, lay beside each other, and "talk" to each other. Much better idea than having a risky pregnancy and then more guinea pigs to deal with.

firstly smaychel - Male guinea pigs are not spayed they are castrated. Neutering is the general term used for both males and females. As suggested by others I think you need to separate them, then take them to the vets for a check up and advice.

Is he sick? A healthy pig shouldn't be just laying around. A vet visit might be in order.
And get them separated before they breed, and get him neutered if you want them to be buddies. What are you going to do with numerous baby guinea pigs?

he probably wants to mate with her, and is showing his dominance, the only way youll have them living together happily is if the male is spayed, or if you get them seperated and get a male for the male, and a female for the female

rarely do breeders ever house their cavies in the same enclosure, its always one for boys, one for girls, one for the elderly, and one for the new-mothers.
Get him a male friend...or have him castrated. Mind you, the risks of your little boy going under anasthetic is extremely high, and more dangerous than the surgery itself.

You are never suppose to put male and female quinea pigs in the same cage together. They tend to fight and seriously hurt one another (not to mention breeding). You are always suppose to same sex them in a cage.

Give him time, maybe he's shy - he's also not used to sharing his space with another guinea pig.
you need to make sure she eats - why don't you separate them when you give them their food - she will just waste away otherwise!
