Now my bmi is around 23 and I think the ideal weight is 20-22 for a female. 25 is overweight so if you are in the 23-24 category is this just considered chubby or plump. I am not overly plump but I had a baby not too long ago and I am working my way down the scale. I lose weight fairly easy and think I look best at around 5'5'' and 125-130. This would be a bmi between 21-22. I feel lethargic at 120 and under and I have a medium frame so I look rather gross at this weight. My doctor advised between 125-135. Do you think 135 is too plump?

135 would not be too plump, but since I can't see you, I can't really say. if you like the way you look and how your clothes fit, then stick with that weight.

Lock down for basically a vandalism case? What is your, lawyer smoking? You shouldn't get anywhere near that. Oh, and FYI, sugar in a gas tank does nothing but clog up the fuel filter. Sugar does not dissolve in gasoline. All it will do is get drawn into the fuel filter and stop the flow of fuel. It is a simple matter to clean it out. Sugar does not wreck an engine. You sound awful proud of damaging another's property, and if I were the judge, you would get the 23-hour a day lock down. You would also get fed bread and water. Of course, the judge does not have that in the sentencing guidelines.

BMI (Body Mass Index) is just a comparison of your height and weight. It doesn't tell you how much body fat you are carrying and it takes no account of your build or how much muscle mass you have.

What you need to find out is your level of body fat. For a typical female, between 20%-30% body fat is considered healthy and normal. Please don't confuse BMI with body fat percentage. A BMI of 23 doesn't mean you have 23% body fat. Like I said, BMI is just a comparison of height and weight and you should not base any health or weight loss decisions on your BMI.

If you want to find out your level of body fat, you can ask your doctor about sending you to someone to test your body composition. This will tell you whether you are carrying too much body fat or not.

I also know that your waist should be no more than 32 inches in circumference (regardless of height/build) to be considered healthy.

you are 23% fat - you are pretty normal - women tend to be 20-25% fat.

I wouldn't worry about it, as long as you're healthy and happy :)
