i had an exam today and im on a diet so i had a tuna mayo salad sandwich at lunch... before that for breakfast i had an apple and a cup of green tea...and for dinner i had 1 tomatoe chopped up and half a cucumber...now tommorow im back to normal where i eat bran flakes for breakie and fruit for lunch and pasta for dinner....i need some tips on how to reduce the calorie intake with the foods i eat but have the same portions which is around a bowl for each meal...brown pasta what is it?
