Pancreatitis is diagnosed by blood tests. The others can be seen by upper or lower endoscopy.

B. Pancreatitis. The others are all intraluminal.
Cirric is right, though to be completely picky, we should point out that there is ERCP, so you might argue that "none of the above" could at least in some cases be the correct answer.
And I hate to argue with our favorite gas-passer, but the diagnosis is usually clinical. Serum lipase is not very sensitive and only moderately specific, and serum amylase is worse. CT imaging is occasionally useful, but there has to be a good deal of active disease, or a pseudocyst, or calcifications suggesting chronic pancreatitis.
