any detox diet is a complete waste of time. they are too restrictive in calories and do not provide a full spectrum of nutrients which is needed for the metabolism to function at optimal levels.

detox diets only results in the loss of water weight and not on actual fat loss. they have a negative effect on the metabolic rate actually impededing fat loss
