My ex takes his wife to Mexico often to have cheap dental work done.

I have been a dental asst for 5 yrs. And my answer is no. I have seen this over and over. People get shotty work done out of the country to save money, then how do you get back there for an emergency problem. You can't. You have to come to us and we have to charge you to repair someone elses work, costing you more in the long run!

Yes. Thailand dentists are excellent. Their fees are about 25% of those in the USA. Since so many people are not covered by dental insurance, it makes good economic sense to go there.

I have had 4 crowns done in Mexico (juarez) they cost $175 ea compared to $1000. there are 4 years old no problems. find a good one with references though

No.Its no guarantee plus you need a ticket to go there and accommodation expense it add up more.Think twice and compare the advantages and disadvantage don't experiment with your smile don't forget you deserve the best.What if something went wrong.think twice.Good Luck

OF COURSE THERE'S CHEAPER DENTISTRY IN DIFFERENT COUNTRIES, BUT WHAT ASSURANCE DO YOU HAVE THAT THIS IS QUALITY DENTISTRY?
A GOOD FRIEND ONCE SAID, YOU USUALLY GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR.
IF SOMETHING GOES BAD WITH THAT FOREIGN DENTISTRY WILL YOU TRAVEL OUT OF THE COUNTRY AGAIN TO FIX THE MISTAKE?

Mexico is REALLY cheap. I know a lot of people who have gone w/ NO COMPLAINTS!!! $40 to pull a tooth as opposed to $120?!?!?!? And braces are about $800 compaired to $5000?!?!?!?! I would do it!!!!
