There are people of different faiths that are going to offer their opinions based on their religious beliefs whether it be the religion and spirituality section or not.
I do not agree with it and find it rude.

God is involved in EVERY area of my life, so it's acceptable for me to answer accordingly in other areas of YA if He so directs.
I don't really spend a lot of time answering questions in the gay section, mainly because I don't condone that lifestyle, but I DO think it's rude and ungodly behavior when Christians come across in a judgmental manner or just troll that section to condemn people for their lifestyle. Stating homosexuality is a sin is simply stating a biblical truth according to my Christian beliefs. You don't have to find it acceptable; I'm here to please God, not people. HOWEVER, telling somebody they're going to hell for being homosexual is extremely bold, because only GOD has the right to judge who will go to Heaven or Hell. We are to LOVE the sinner and hate the sin. There's nothing in the bible that gives us authority to judge ANY sinner - mainly because we are ALL sinners! Only God knows a person's heart.

This is a difficult question to answer fairly. Although I do not believe that people should be bashing anyone, we do often see questions or arguments on the R&S site regarding the gay or lesbian lifestyle etc. This leads me to ask the same question of that group as you asked regarding those of us who believe in God. In all fairness, those who promote the gay and lesbian lifestyle are on the opposite side of the fence from most people with a religious background....and visa versa so we either have to accept both sides on both sites, or totally ban one from another. Personally, I would rather see both sides having the freedom to speak their mind...although bashing should not be acceptable in either case.

Depends on how relevant to the topic the reference to God is.
Then complain. Only this time do it to Yahoo! They're the only ones who can really do anything about it.

Rudeness is rarely acceptable. And when people inject their agenda into a conversation that is about something else entirely, well, it's rude at the least.

Well, I think that since this is an online "community" we should all be able to voice our opinions, whatever they may be. If someone doesn't agree with someone else, oh well, that's the way the world is.

If it applies to the question, then sure. Be honest. That is what most people want from people. It is what I want so, I try to for other people too.
