Put a Comma between "May" and "2007." the month is always separated fromt he year by a comma as the year is a dependent clause. In the middle of a sentence, the "2007" would be followed by a comma as well.
Removed the unclear passive language from the second sentence. There are so many conflicts in that sentence with tense and active and passive voice, I did the best I could. Also I agree witht he previous poster about using cultural instead of intercultural diversity. The way it's originally worded is redundant.

It's very good. A few things are confusing though. Are they teachers or students? Student-teachers? Make this clear.
"working ON the...Forum." Without full context it is hard to say if "on" is appropriate. One generally works "on" a "project". Is the EMS Forum a project?
"intercultural diversity" -- This doesn't make sense to me. Just say "cultural diversity."
