Hi does anyone know of a site I can download a template and fill out a payroll check stub. I prefer one I can just key in the numbers by computer and not by hand..not an actual check..just a stub that shows taxes withheld and etc.... I am paying someone working on my home and really need one of these!Thanks!!!!

This person is NOT an employee. You can't decide to treat a contractor as an employee or the other way around. The law determines which a person is and someone working on your home is a contractor. If he can't handle that, you don't want him working for you.

Unless you are an employer with an EIN, you cannot withhold taxes from the money you paid someone to work on your home. Just because someone wants you to do this doesn't make it legally possible.

In all likelihood, the person working on your home would be an independent contractor and you are not responsible for withholding taxes.
