it took foreverrr for me to get definiton down there, seriously; i know what your going through! and taking forever is NOT what your looking for, i know, and it sucks but its the truth; guys with there testosterone are SO lucky. do CRUNCHES, even if you only do 20 while your in your bed every night. toe touches are great too. skiing and trampolines are the expensive route, lol, but they both give you a good work out too. also, lay flat on yr back with yr arms at yr side (palms down). then lift yrself to where you look like a table kindof (legs bent and arms bent, forearm beneath you). now lift yr leg slowly. do a lot of these! theyere good.
and thanks so much for the football advice! im like, geez, all these old guys telling me im gonna suck...not what i need ;] i just want some activity, and to prove that girls are also ***-kickers, and i like football. hah. thanks :]

To get the definition you are looking for you need to do side bends and cross your body crunches. That will make the six-pack line more defined! And don't skip a day, it puts your muscles so far behind. Just take 5 minutes of dedication and you will have the six pack you have wanted.

YOu have to do lots of crunches and ab lifters and eat less fatty foods. Your 6 pack should be well defined if you keep up the good work.

Your so skinny that you should have no problem. I'm 5'7 145 and my 6 pack shows.

115 lbs. My math: at 5' you should weigh 100 lbs, and you add 5 pounds for every inch after that. But 105-125 is probably fine!

make sure you drink enough water as this wahes impuritys and salt and fat from the stomach to show your abs, but too much causes intoxication as too many good minerals are removed. JOg and make sure you work the abs properly as a correct crunch is worth 10x more than a poor one

jogging, or speed walking everyday, swimming will define your whole body, and sit ups or crunches have worked for a hundred years. Wieghtlifting, like bench pressing is good aswell. Have fun.

crunches really do work. if you have a pull up bar use it to work lower abs by simply pulling your legs until they are straight out from your body and lower/repeat
