No, it might scare the defense attorney into thinking you are an intelligent, well adjusted individual who will use logic and reason to arrive at a verdict. No defense attorney would ever want someone like that on a jury!

Lets consider the facts.
1. You HAVE to go to jury duty or else you go to jail forever (no one is above the law, just ask Paris Hilton and OJ).
2. Summer is pretty much here, which means its hot!! Wearing pants will make you more hot.
3. You could wear shorts, but lets face it, since you didnt wear shorts since last summer they are all probably wrinkled and you need to iron them. This will make you more hot.
4. People make left turns when driving 51% of the time.
5. If you pick at it, it won't heal.
Gathering these facts we can come to the conclusion to wear a skirt, like some people in Europe do (don't let your mom you are borrowing her skirt or she'll get jealous). But wear a cape too, so people ask for your autograph.

Go ahead and wear pants, just make sure they are not jeans. You might get into trouble if you do. Better yet go to the court house web site. They will list the do's and don't for court. Look at your jury summons and it will give you the web address.

Wear what you want-it will help determine is you get selected for a jury. Be sure to take plenty of reading or listening material.
