The Scriptural expression "heaven and earth" means all that exists, creation in its entirety. It also indicates the bond, deep within creation, that both unites heaven and earth and distinguishes the one from the other: "the earth" is the world of men, while "heaven" or "the heavens" can designate both the firmament and God's own "place" - "our Father in heaven" and consequently the "heaven" too which is eschatological glory. Finally, "heaven" refers to the saints and the "place" of the spiritual creatures, the angels, who surround God.The kingdom of heaven was inaugurated on earth by Christ. "This kingdom shone out before men in the word, in the works and in the presence of Christ" . The Church is the seed and beginning of this kingdom. Its keys are entrusted to Peter. To live in heaven is "to be with Christ." The elect live "in Christ," but they retain, or rather find, their true identity, their own name.

For life is to be with Christ; where Christ is, there is life, there is the kingdom.

Question: "What is the Kingdom of God?"

Answer: The kingdom of God is the rule of an eternal sovereign God over all creatures and things (Psalms 103:19; Daniel 4:3). The kingdom of God is also the designation for the sphere of salvation entered into at the new birth (John 3:5-7).

The kingdom of God embraces all created intelligence, both in heaven and earth that are willingly subject to the LORD and are in fellowship with him. The kingdom of God is therefore, universal - includes created angels and men, eternal - as God is eternal, and spiritual - found with in all born again believers. We enter the kingdom of God when we are born again and we are then part of that kingdom for eternity. It is a relationship "born of the spirit" (John 3:5) and we have confident assurance that it is so because the Spirit bears witness with our spirits (Romans 8:16).

God is sovereign, omnipotent, omniscient and the ruler over all of His creation. However, the designation "the kingdom of God" compasses that realm that is subject to God and will be for eternity - the rest of creation will be destroyed. Only that which is part of the "kingdom of God" will remain.

The Kingdom of God or Reign of God (Greek: Βασιλεία τοῦ Θεοῦ - Basileia tou Theou,[1]) is a foundational concept in Christianity, as it is the central theme of Jesus of Nazareth's message in the synoptic Gospels. The phrase occurs in the New Testament more than 100 times,[2] and is defined almost entirely by parable. According to Jesus, the Kingdom of God is within people[3], it is approached through understanding,[4] and entered through acceptance like a child,[5] spiritual rebirth,[6] and doing the will of God.[7] It is a kingdom peopled by the righteous[8] and stands in stark contrast to the only other kingdom available to people: the kingdom of Satan.[9]

God's kingdom on Earth means God's government on Earth, which will replace a corrupt government. This is why the idea of people going to heaven is false. God's kingdom (government) will be established here on Earth, with Jesus Christ as the ruling King of kings. He will take the throne of David, which satan is attempting to take as an imposter. If you follow scripture, you can see this fascinating battle between God and satan unfolding. First satan will seek to destroy God's people, which is what he is in the process of doing now. Homosexuality and all such corruption are satan's tools, designed to confuse the wicked.

This is why Jesus came to Earth, as a messenger to preach the Gosple (the good news) of God's coming kingdom (government) on Earth. Right now, the god of this world (satan) is controlling the government. When Christ returns, God will control the government. (Matthew 6:9-13)

The entire New Testament speaks of God's Kingdom on Earth. Take time to read it for yourself. Mark 1:15, Luke 16:16, Luke 9:1-2 are just a few scriptures.

It is amazing that so many people are unaware of this. Yet, it is understandable, since satan seeks to deceive the wicked. He is at odds with God's people and seeks to destroy them, as well.

The scriptures have promised the righteous that the Kingdom of the Most High Yah will be established here on earth amongst those that follow the laws of the Creator of Heaven and Earth while here on earth, which means that no one needs to die first in order to go to heaven. If you do not find Heaven when you are still alive you are unlikely to find it when you have already died, so you have to know the Most high Yah before your body is planted into the ground.

If you want an accurate, in depth answer to this, there is an excellent book by author Myles Monroe that will answer questions you can't even think to ask. I'm not sure of the exact title, but it's something like "Understanding God's Kingdom Principle's". It won't be hard to find. I think he has more than one book on the topic of the kingdom.

Matthew 6:9,10

"Let your kingdom come. Let your will take place, as in heaven, also upon earth"

God's Kingdom is a goverment ruled by God, Jehovah. SInce it is ruled by God, there will be no more sickness, crime, pain, or death on earth.

The question is, will we be subjec to God's Kingdom? Will we LIVE TO SEE IT?

The Kingdom of God is an mystery wrapped in an enigma. It cannnot be defined by human reason. Unbelivers say they will believe it when they see it. Believers say they "see" it because they believe. The Kingdom of God can only be preceived by Faith. There are only two Truths: ALL or NOTHING. God is ALL; everything else is NOTHING.
