Do you mean you need something butchered? Well, either way. Look in the yellow pages for "Butcher", "Meat Processing", or "Locker". If you were closer to Iowa I know an excellent locker and butcher.

Bradley J. Butcher, AIA began private practice in northern Michigan in June 1996 to provide architectural and planning services to clients throughout the Great Lakes region. In August 2001, the practice became Butcher & Associates, PC. The firm provides for a highly diverse array of project types including municipal, military, retail, office, resort and hospitality, industrial, and single and multi-family developments.
Brad is President and Principal-in-Charge of the firm and his background includes nearly 25 years of experience in architecture and planning. Brad was educated at Lawrence Technological University, holds both undergraduate and graduate degrees in Architecture, and is licensed to practice architecture in the states of Michigan, Ohio, Indiana and New York. Brad is a member of the American Institute of Architects, the Michigan Architectural Foundation, the United States Green Building Council, the National Fire Protection Association, and the International Code Council. Brad is currently working, along with other members of the firm, to gain LEED accreditation status to better work with sustainable design issues.
The success of Butcher & Associates, PC is a direct result of the firm's ability to share ideas, planning strategies, and design solutions with all members of the design team. This design team counts the Client as one of its members. The input of the client, no matter how qualified, is always considered during the design process. An open line of communication leads to shared ideas and mutual satisfaction in the final solution.
Butcher & Associates, PC also utilizes the services of a number of outside consultants in Northern Michigan for professional assistance in project design and construction. These include interior designers, civil, structural, mechanical, electrical engineers, and landscape architects.
