Oh girl. Yum.
about 2/3 of a tub of grated parmesan (ok to use parmesan/romano)
1 can of artichoke hearts, strained
1 can of cream of celery soup
spices to taste (salt, pepper, a little garlic, etc.)
Mix all ingredients. Spray a glass pie plate with PAM and bake at 350 until golden and crispy on the edges.
I'm not sure this is the exact recipie, but trust me--the cream of celery soup makes all the difference. We found this recipe in the Congressional Cookbook, so you know it's good!

1. wash Freash spinach and artichoke heart.
2. add olive oil and cream(depending on how thick you want it, i'll suggest you make it thick first and then increase consistency)
3. Add permesan cheese
4. salt, chopped ginger and 2 cloves of garlic, chilli paste, bellpeper
5. Blend
6. Add cream to make thinner
