no no no no no no no
totally wrong totally
you are an animal and your primary function is survival meaning plenty of food and water. Not eating puts you into a state of starvation meaning your muscles are broken down to feed you so you wont gain muscle and the weight loss is extremely unhealthy because you have no food. When you start to eat again you will gain a lot of weight as your body stores fat for when you starve again this is for your own survival. Im sorry your unable to afford much food but buy something cheap but wholesome like potatoe or rice these are cheap and should last a long time, if possible eat 6 sensible meals a day this will help with fat loss as your metabolism is kept on firing on all cylinders, hope this helped

I'm going to be strait with you. I understand you and your mom might not gave enough money for food, and that's a shame. Even though you want to lose weight you still need to eat. Have your mom tried to get some assistants? What you and her can also do is by a loaf of bread and get some lunch meat and it wont cost you more than $4. I'm not sure on how old you are, but you could get a little job, maybe 3 days out of the week or more. I'm not concerned about you losing weight, i more concerned with you not eating health. I hope the best for you, and I'm sorry i didn't give you the answer you was looking for.

Okay. I know you really want to be thinner more than anything else in the world right now. You don't want to do it by eating one thing a day. Trust me, I spent 10 years of my life lost in an eating disorder and I'm still trying to climb out of it a piece a life together.

If you do go and try this, be prepared for a few things. You'll have horrid headaches all the time, your hair will fall out, you'll become more and more tired, you'll have majorly bad mood swings and will probably cry at the drop of a hat, your skin will become dry and flaky, you won't be able to stand up in the shower for more than a few minutes because you'll get dizzy and nauseated, your fingernails will become blue and brittle, you'll get this sunken look to your face that will make people think you're strung out on drugs, you'll get intense and painful muscle cramps... I could go on and on, but I don't have that much space.

Most importantly, although it doesn't start out that way, food and weight will become the only things that matter to you. I know, you're saying, 'No, it won't be that way. I'll stop before it gets that bad.' THAT IS WHAT I TOLD MYSELF IN THE BEGINNNG TOO! Eventually, your diet will replace your friends and family...everything. It's not something anybody would willingly want.

I know this is not what you wanted to hear, but GOD I wished someone had stopped me when I was your age! It really messed up the rest of my life.

If you dont have that much money for food, how in the hell are you gonna pay for a gym. And depending on what you eat a day, if its heavy then its not going to do anything but make your stomach more bigger. Because now that your body feels as if your;e starving it so its going to store food to hold your hunger (if you understand that), plus this is very unhealthy. and if you dont have enough money for food, they have all types of programs that will help you out, such as getting an EBT card. This is like a food debit card, and you go to your local family support division to retrieve it. They put a certain amount of money on it and you can only use it at any grocery store on any food items.

No, this is really unhealthy for your body and you will end up messing up your metabolism for life! Trust me, you DO not want to create problems such as these for yourself as it will really affect you later in life.
You need to eat 3 healthy meals a day in order to have energy to do things, pretty soon you'll become weak and faint and won't have the energy to do simple basic things, you'll most likely develop anemia from not getting enough iron and you're bones will become brittle. Sound good? cause if you want problems like this, go ahead and starve yourself, but it's not going to help you in the long run.
Please talk to someone about your money probs also, you may be entitled to some benefits from the government of some sort.

By the end of 3 months you will problaby be dead or at least in a hosptial bed hooked up to IV's and feeding tubes. You post indicates a serious need for help as you and your mothers priorities are all messed up.

that is really not smart, so you eat one day....you body will starve and absorb fat in other places. plus there are foods with nurtrient that your body needs, if you cut them out your body wont know what to do, and abotu the money thing, i've got none, i'm a single mom, and i feed myself and my daughter cause we aren't wanting to live out on the street, there are places you can go to that will help you find food, but not eating cause you want to really lose weight because you really need too, is just stupid, you want to die right? is that your real reason??? be smart you can excerse at home (more money without the membership) and you can eat healthy and still have a good weight

In order for you to lose weight in a healthy manner, you might need to eat a little more than that. You will find after a few days that you haver no energy to work out so much. Maybe you should use the time to work a side job so you can put food on the table.

Noi please that is not good practice and the fat will come right back, you also can build muscle mass from eating the right inexpensive foods like nut, beans, legunes, peanut butter brisk workout 30 min three times a day drank lots of h2o. But please starving your fat cells only slows down the metabolism.you eventually platu out and lose small amts. and dont get discouraged because muscle weights more than fat so the scale may not show much wt loss watch the reduction in your clothes.
