Why are you blue? Can you make changes to the things that are bothering you? Think of something that does make you happier and try to recreate that feeling. I also feel activity will help. If you don't focus on the depression, it won't seem as bad.

Have a Happy Day!

You can talk to me. Usually people such as my friends and even strangers feel like they can talk to me about anything. I am a very open person and never judgmental and I am also a good listener. I guess that is what people like. Right now I have a friend living in Virginia and he is the same way and I help him. If you want, you can email me at tiny_322@hotmail.com and we could talk from there, and maybe exchange phone numbers. And no, there is no fee for service... :o)

Eat some chocolate, it releases endorphins. Also, exercise helps too. It's really important to get moving when you're feeling depressed because your body goes into zombie mode where you won't feel like doing much, but when you get out you should feel better soon!
If that doesn't work, try getting your favorite treat and watching your favorite movie with some friends.
Surround yourself with people!
And remember, try and smile :]

occasional melacholia can easily be averted with activity. When you feel yourself getting into one of those blue moods, that is the time to get out and get physically active. Endorphins kick in, and no more depression
