There are many forms of wind magic. Different winds have different attributes. Just saying some words is not going to call the wind and I do not recommend such magic without good reason.
Sounds to me that you may be a bit lazy as well, you want a spell that just requires an incantation nothing else. What's the deal? Party tricks for friends?

Um why a wicca spell? Lots of us cast spells. And why do you want the wind to blow? I'm curious lol

Sorry, Wicca is natural, not supernatural. You're not going to be able to defy meteorological laws.

Most Wiccan spells deal with self-actualization for a reason. Changing yourself is fine, but changing the world around you leads to consequences and many people don't bother to think beyond what they want.

As a Wiccan, I strongly suggest learning a LOT more about Wicca. There is so much wrong with your question I don't know where to begin.

Spells to make the wind blow??? Love to hear what the athiest think about that. I am sure if a Christian said he prayed to God so the wind would blow people would say he is stupid. You can not conjure up a magic spell to make the wind blow.

Turn the fan on.

Or for the more indepth approach, look up the weather and check the fronts moving, the lunar phase and tide, the time of day, etc., and craft a spell from there. It's always best to make one yourself, practice makes perfect.

Summoning the wind and dowsing for water were two of the tests of sacral kingship in ancient times.

A spell's not really required, just maegncraft and hamingja.

Check out asking Borais. He'll know about it.

If anything, don't ask for anyone to give you a spell. You have to make your own.

Lion of Judah, what's your problem? Ask a question, not answer someone's question with questions unrelated and unhelpful.

Learn what true Wicca is about... understand the ethics of it and the concept of exhausting all basic means of solving a problem before you resort to tinkering with things via other avenues.

Wiccas are a bunch of grownup kids. They're about as capable of casting spells, as I am of swimming all the way to Europe underwater.
