Paganism is very broad and lots of paths come under that umbrella. I am not Wiccan but I am a hedgewitch by the way I live and the beliefs I hold. I am less formal than coven witches and my rituals are more simple and nature based, although I think all witches follow the Wheel of the Year. Ask 10 witches what is meant by traditional witchcraft and you will get 20 answers.

Wicca is a more specific pagan path with certain common beliefs. Not all wiccans practice witchcraft, and not all who practice witchcraft are wiccan. I'm a general pagan and a Taoist myself, and although I dont' cast spells regularly, I have cast a few.

Wicca is newer, created in the late 60's, if I remember correctly. It also holds a belief in a god and goddess, while some witchcraft traditions only worship a male or female aspect.
