Squats are great for exercising your whole leg. So are lunges, the bicycle, and leg races. The bicycle - Lie with your legs up. Pump your legs like bike pedals for 45 seconds (or longer). Legs races - Lie on your back with your hands under your butt. Lift your legs (keep them straight, don't bend!) all the way up and hold for about 10 seconds. Bring them down and then back up. Repeat. Don't forget good old-fashioned running!
