Trap primers in house thats only used part of the year?

Hello I'm doing plumbing for ahouse thats only being used infrequently, and figuring I will need to prime all the traps except water closets? Seems the standard automatic primers out there need the water supply to be in use for them to operate, what products are out there for this type of situation where nothing in the house will get used for long periods of time?

Try pouring vegtable cooking oil into the traps, it will seal the trap and not evaporate.
