Believe it or not, gravity is the major reason but also the position of the body. Most people laying down have their legs straight out and this is not the way we were designed to have a bowel movement. We were designed to be in a squatting position when we have a BM. If you are laying down and want to go easier then move your legs into a position that would resemble squatting and it should come easier.

Good luck.

It's tougher to poo lying down because you can't apply as much pressure as you can while sitting up. It also depends on the diaper, too. I think Pampers have a thicker cushion, so that adds more pressure, so it ends up being a tug of war. While you're pushing out, the diaper is pushing in, especially when you're lying down.

If your old enough to type your old enough to crap in a toilet. Besides, just knowing what position your in tells everyone that you know it's coming. Do you work? Bet not if all you have to do is sit around your parents house in total trance of how you are going to poop your diaper today. Probably butt ugly too cause chicks don't like poop. Sicko
