These babies are called "anchor babies" and they are not legal or naturalized citizens. The wording in the constitution needs to be worded with better clarity to make sure that all illegal invaders know that their anchor babies are just as illegal as they are. They all need to go back to where they came from - the whole family!

I think the closest thing in the new reform is implementing a cap on the number of parents of US citizens that are accepted for visa's each year.
I'm with Naturescent, the breeding of children to be born on American soil for the purposes of obtaining immigration must be stopped, and the Constitution should be ammended to reflect this disturbing trend of pandering for immigration.

Actually birthright citizenship is a myth and no one knows who perverted the 14th amendment to grant automatic citizenship. It was the stated intent of the authors of the 14th to deny citizenship to foreigners and aliens.
